What is the Earth Caravan?
The Earth Caravan is a global interfaith pilgrimage of peace, healing and bearing witness to the pain and trauma of the world.
The mission of the Earth Caravan is to share peace, happiness and healing in the world through words, art, music and inter-religious prayers. To help heal the spirits of the victims of war and suffering.
This summer the Caravan will travel from Hiroshima, Japan, then to Vienna and Prague, with special stops in Auschwitz and Dachau, and then conclude in Bethlehem and Jerusalem.
Members of all religions and spiritual practices are welcome to take part.
The Caravan will collect wishes of peace and happiness for the planet from all over the world. Wishes from children are especially welcome, in words, pictures or song. Our children represent the future of the Earth. Please send us your wishes of peace for the world. We will share them on the Caravan website, on the Caravan Facebook page, and we'll bring them with us to show to others on our voyage from Hiroshima to Jerusalem!
People are also invited to donate goods for the Caravan Bazar. Funds raised from the sale of these goods will go to support victims of war and to help fund the Caravan.
At every stop of the Caravan, musicians and artists are welcome to participate. Live music festivals where we share the wishes of all human beings are an intergral part of the Caravan.
Massage therapists, body workers and healers are welcome to contribute their time and their skills.
We will send a message to all the spirits of victims of war, as well as to all living people on earth, our vow to create a peaceful world for the next generation.
Please join us at any one of the Caravan's many stops.
Let’s meditate, wish and pray together.
Let’s share our wish for peace, caring and happiness with all the people in the world.
Let’s work for the bright future of the planet!
