Earth Caravan donated 2600€ (3000U$) for a solar panel and battery system for a seven-member family living in tents near Al Aqaba, in the Jordan Valley, just on the border of a military training zone in occupied Palestine.
Due to the fact that this family didn’t have light in the night, they where exposed to gunfire in the night for many years. After installation of the solar panel system, the family is more safe and also the children have light to study and read after dark.
In 2018, the Music for Hope supported the following initiatives:
- Donated musical instruments to a refugee camp in Nablus
- Planned cooperation to support the outreach program of the National Edward Said Conservatory Nablus
- Gave music workshops and donated instruments to a youth support center in Dehesheh Refugee Camp near Bethlehem
